Drag Queens and Womanfacing. The Optics can be Devastating

Many reasonable people have made the observation that it’s hard to see any difference between drag queens and their “womanfacing” and tone deaf caucasians “blackfacing”.
Both camps are attempting to “entertain” by singling out a specific demographic and presenting that demographic in a way that makes that demographic look ridiculous.
In the case of black facing, it is the Black community that is targeted for this abuse.
In the case of woman facing, it is natural born females of the species that are targeted for this abuse.

When it comes to drag queens reasonable people might observe, that might not be “sexualization” as we commonly would define sexualization. But it certainly can teach male children disrespect for the female of the species.
Some reasonable people wonder why the female community has not risen in righteous anger over this intentional and potentially harmful mischaracterization their mothers, sisters and daughters, and like the Black community, raised serious concerns about this explosion of womanfacing we are experiencing at this time.
Hopefully most children are going to see beyond the mischaracterization and overly negative presentation of their mothers, sisters and daughters.
Hopefully they will understand that drag queens, like circus clowns, are simply to be viewed as entertainers with no relevance beyond providing an hour or two of diversion.
But with children you never know.
After all, blackfacing was once viewed as harmless entertainment too and we have seen how that worked out for us.
Certainly interesting times we’re living in

Members of the trans community would have us believe that there is a difference between “gender” and “sex”.

Reasonable people hear what they’re saying.
BUT it is the Trans Community THEMSELVES who are equating sex with gender by presenting trans-sisters as desirable bed partners for heterosexual males in various venues

Recent example is the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.
Traditionally the target audience for this issue has been heterosexual males who fantasize about sexual encounters with hot women based solely on their physical characteristics.
Now we’re seeing trans-sisters marketing themselves to the same audience on the pages of this magazine.
Another example is Victoria’s Secret.
The whole point of VC is to equate women with sexual desirability.
Once again, we see trans-sisters taking a bite of that apple.

Perhaps not quite as explicit but along the same lines is this claim by the trans community that men can become pregnant and deliver children.
Obviously human beings cannot currently separate the conception of a child with some sort of sex act.
Even artificial insemination requires that the male of the species self-pleasures himself.

And even if we were to take the sex itself out of the equation, it is still incumbent upon the trans community to define exactly what it is they consider a “woman” to be
Otherwise it will be years if not decades before they change the hearts and minds of the American people.
So far they refuse to do that.

And I have to believe the reason they refuse to do that is because they cannot come up with any credible definition beyond “because we say so”.

People fear drag queens, it’s as simple as that.

That’s a common charge we hear from the LGBTQ community.
But it’s hardly that “simple”.
In some cases, “fear” is not totally irrational or totally without merit.
That is especially true when it comes to “rights”.
When “rights” are extended to one group of people, there is “fear” that will require the elimination of the “rights” of another group of people .
And that “fear” is not without some justification.
We see that concept at work when we extend the “rights” to our trans-sisters to use the public showers and toilets of their choice.
That is a cause for celebration.
BUT it is ALSO understandable why many natural born women see that as an assault on their “right” to a “safe” environment when they utilize public facilities.
We might also see that concept at work when trans-sisters are allowed to compete in traditionally female sports
The jury is still out of course but there are many who believe that the “rights” of trans-sisters to compete comes at the price of the “rights” of natural born women to a level playing field where success depends on work ethic and desire in athletic competition and not depending on the biological identity of competitor at birth.
The problem, when it comes to changing the hearts and minds of the American people, is that BOTH sides in the debate see this issue purely in black and white terms when it clearly is not
